第二轮GHDA环球人居设计大奖申报即将结束，第三轮申报正式开启，请各参赛意向单位及时与工作人员联系提交申报材料。欢迎更多设计机构及开发单位参与申报，共赴此次全领域设计赛事之盛宴。

■GHDA环球人居设计大奖（GlobalHabitatDesignAwards）旨在表彰在全球范围内获得良好口碑的人居设计项目。通过严格和高质量的评选标准，发掘杰出的地产人居设计，推动世界美好人居环境的进步。

TheGlobalHabitatDesignAwards(GHDA)aimstorecognizehabitatdesignprojectsthathavegainedagoodreputationworldwide.Throughstrictandhigh-qualityselectioncriteria,GHDAhopestodiscoveroutstandingrealestatehabitatdesignandadvancetheprogressofabetterlivingenvironmentintheworld.

■获奖项目需具备以下几个特点:

01.具有前沿的地产人居设计理念，引领地产人居设计思想。

02.建筑、景观、室内等人居空间的设计具有独创性，兼具艺术美感与人性化需求。

03.智能化、新技术、新材料等方面的创新应用，以人为本，以创造性的应用，提升使用者的居住体验。

Awinningprojectshouldhavethefollowingcharacteristics:

01.Itshouldhavethecutting-edgerealestatehabitatdesignconceptandleadstherealestatehabitatdesignideas.

02.Thedesignofsuchhabitatspaceasarchitecture,landscape,andtheinteriormustbeoriginalwithartisticbeautybasedonhumanizeddemands.

03.Theprojectshouldadopttheinnovativeapplicationsofintelligence,newtechnologies,newmaterials,etc.toimprovethelivingexperienceofuserswiththepeople-orientedconcept.

■GHDA环球人居设计大奖（GlobalHabitatDesignAwards）由新微设计媒体矩阵联袂WHA世界人居设计联合会共同发起设立，自2020年起面向全球征集优秀地产人居设计作品，每年举办一届，欢迎各设计单位和地产开发单位参与申报。

GHDAisjointlyestablishedbyXWDesignMediaMatrixandWorldHabitatAssociation(WHA).Itisheldannuallytosolicitexcellenthabitatdesignworksfromaroundtheworldfrom2020.Alldesignstudios/institutionsandrealestatedevelopersarewelcometosubmitdesignworkstocompetefortheaward.

■GHDA环球人居设计大奖（GlobalHabitatDesignAwards）共设置四个申报方向：建筑设计、景观设计、室内设计、文旅设计。每个申报方向包含三个申报小类，具体如下：

GHDAhasfourapplicationdirections:architecturaldesign,landscapedesign,interiordesign,andculturaltourismdesign.Eachapplicationdirectionincludesthethreefollowingsub-categories:

■GHDA环球人居设计大奖（GlobalHabitatDesignAwards）奖项共分为建筑设计、景观设计、室内设计、文旅设计四大方向，包含12个类别，每个类别均设置金奖、银奖、优秀奖三个奖项，奖项数量根据申报总数按比例设置。

■GHDA环球人居设计奖（GlobalHabitatDesignAwards）终审评委由国内外各大知名地产开发单位的设计负责人担任，评选流程分为初评和终评两步。

ThefinalreviewcommitteeoftheGHDAareofthemajordomesticandforeignrealestatedevelopmentcompaniesorregionaldesigndirectors.Theselectionprocessisdividedintotwosteps,thatis,preliminaryevaluationandfinalevaluation.

■初评由GHDA环球人居设计奖组委会资深设计师评选入围。终评由国内外各大知名地产开发单位的设计负责人组成评委团，对入围作品进行评选，最终角逐出各个类别的金奖、银奖。

ThepreliminaryevaluationwillbeconductedbytheseniordesignerjurypaneloftheGHDAcommittee.Thefinalevaluationwillbecarriedoutbythejurypanelincludingthemajordomesticandforeignrealestatedevelopmentcompaniesorregionaldesigndirectorswhowillselecttheshortlistedprojects.Finally,theprojectswillcompetefortheGoldAwardsandSilverAwardsofdifferentcategories.

■GHDA环球人居设计大奖以新微设计媒体矩阵作为平台依托，借力其强大的平台流量，赋于GHDA环球人居设计大奖在移动互联时代的新势能，并最大限度的为参与申报的项目和获奖作品提供曝光度。

GHDAreliesonthemediamatrixoftheXWdesignasaplatform,andbyleveragingitsstrongplatformtraffic,itgivesGHDAnewpotentialenergyintheeraofmobileinternetandprovidesmaximumexposureforparticipatingprojectsandwinningworks.
