Cypark资源组建财团为马六甲40亿令吉工业园区探索和开发能源解决方案

（吉隆坡15日讯）Cypark资源（CyparkResourcesBhd）组建财团，为位于马六甲价值40亿令吉的工业园区探索和开发能源解决方案。
Cypark资源与最大股东JakelCapital私人有限公司及马六甲机构（MelakaCorporation）签署了协议备忘录，以管理德国科技园区（GermanTechnologyPark）的能源规划、生产和分配。
JakelCapital将持有该财团的51%股权，其次是Cypark资源（29%股权）及马六甲机构（20%股权）。
Cypark资源表示，合作伙伴计划整合可再生能源和现代能源管理系统，包括电池存储解决方案，以确保向工业园区提供稳定且具有成本效益的电力供应，并通过企业可再生能源供应计划与国家能源（TenagaNasionalBerhad）和大马能源委员会（SuruhanjayaTenaga）协商。
Cypark资源预计，未来5到7年内，该园区将至少生产1000兆瓦太阳能电力，其中将包括一个数据中心专用区域。

ThecompanysaidinastatementonTuesdaythatithassignedamemorandumofagreementwithitslargestshareholder,JakelCapitalSdnBhd,andMelakaCorporationtomanagetheplanning,generationanddistributionofenergyforthepark,aprojectthatcouldcostanestimatedRM4billion.
JakelCapitalwillholdacontrolling51%stakeintheconsortium,followedbyCyparkwith29%andMelakaCorporationwith20%.JakelCapitalalsoholds21.47%inCypark.
Cyparksaidthepartnersplantointegraterenewableenergysourcesandmodernenergymanagementsystems,includingbatterystoragesolutions,toensurefirmandcost-efficientpowersupplytotheindustrialpark,inconsultationwithTenagaNasionalBerhadandSuruhanjayaTenagaviatheCorporateRenewableEnergySupplyScheme.
Atleast1,000MWofsolargeneratedelectricityisexpectedoverthenextfivetosevenyearsforthepark,whichwillincludeadedicatedsectionfordatacentres,Cyparksaid.
“ThispartnershipmarksasignificantmilestoneforusatCypark,aswecontinuetoleadthewayinrenewableenergysolutionsandsustainabledevelopmentinMalaysia.WithMelakaCorporationandJakelCapitalbyourside,weareconfidentthattheGermanTechnologyParkwillsetanewbenchmarkforinnovationandsustainabilityinMalaysia,”saidCyparkexecutivechairDatukAmiMoris.
Cyparkgained2.5senor3.97%to65.5senatTuesday’smarketclose,givingthegroupamarketcapitalisationofRM518.4million.
